Image and brand usage policy Afi Car Utilaje SRL

This policy describes the rules regarding the use of images, photographs, graphic materials, and brand elements (logo, colors, visual identity) belonging to AFI CAR UTILAJE SRL.

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, media materials, renderings, logos, video clips, and graphic elements published on the website www.aficar.ro are the property of AFI CAR UTILAJE SRL, unless otherwise stated.
They are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be used without the company’s prior written consent.

2. Use of AFI CAR UTILAJE Images

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • copying, distributing, or republishing images without permission
  • modifying company logos or any visual materials
  • using AFI CAR UTILAJE photographs for commercial purposes by third parties
  • using images of vehicles body-built by AFI CAR UTILAJE in ads, offers, websites, brochures, or promotional materials without approval

Use of images is allowed only with prior written consent from AFI CAR UTILAJE SRL and only for approved purposes.

3. Images of Client Projects and Vehicles

Photographs of vehicles may include license plates, client logos, or other identifying elements.
AFI CAR UTILAJE uses such images exclusively for portfolio and presentation purposes.

Clients may request the deletion or anonymization of any image in which they appear, by contacting: dpo@aficar.ro

4. Use of the AFI CAR UTILAJE Logo

The company logo is a protected brand element and may not be used without written authorization.
Any approved use must comply with the official visual format provided by AFI CAR UTILAJE (colors, proportions, structure).

5. Use by Media or Partners

Press representatives and business partners may use AFI CAR UTILAJE images only if:

  • the source is clearly indicated (“Photo: AFI CAR UTILAJE SRL”), and
  • written approval has been obtained from the company.

6. Requests Regarding Image Use or Removal

All requests related to:

  • the use of images
  • removal of photographs
  • anonymization of plates or client branding

must be submitted to: dpo@aficar.ro

AFI CAR UTILAJE will respond within 15 working days.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically.
The latest version will always be available on www.aficar.ro.
